DMSTART 2.3 (04/18/1999)
------------------------
 * Support of DOSDOOM 0.65
   DOSDOOM 0.65 has a stupid handling of the commandline parameter
   which warps you direct to levels. In opposite to old versions of
   DOOM and DOSDOOM it needs the parameter to look like -warp mapxx or
   -warp exmx (where x stands for the level or episode number).
   If you enable the Checkbox '[ ] DosDOOM' (located above the Save/Load
   Buttons) you can get DMSTART to work with DOSDOOM 0.65 properly.
 * Network:
    - Support of up to 16 users.
    - Improved floodprotection (if you have sent your settings to other
      users of DMSTART you are unable to send them again within 3 seconds.)
    - Do a right-click on the small chatpanel at the bottom of your screen
      and the big chatwindow opens.
    - In the titlebar of the Mainwindow there's a new button, entitled
      'Who'. Clicking on it will bring up a window containing information
      about all users currently using DMSTART on the net. (Pressing
      ALT-F11 will have the same effect).
    - 'Do Not Disturb' (DND) Button in the titlebar of the mainwindow.
      No one can send you his settings (they are just ignored).
 * Bugfix: The handling of corrupt files no longer causes DMSTART to
   behave in strange ways.
 * Bugfix: Diskerrors and other critical system errors no longer crashes
   DMSTART - such errors are handled by a new internal error handler.
