So you want to know how to use your copy of Trinity Command. A little confused? Well we can help! Below is everything you need to know on how to play, score and win at Trinity Command. Hope this helps you out a lot, if not, email us, or leave a message on the forum.

Chapter 1: Basic Gameplay
In this chapter we will discuss the basics on how to play, score and win at Trinity Command. This chapter is basically for new gamers not familiar with Trinity Command.

Bindables & Console Commands: Here is a list of things to bind whilst playing (although most are already bound for you).
Bindables
changeteam (changes your team)
changeclass (changes your player class)
Console Commands
addbot (adds bots in LAN games)
sv_botplay (1 or 0 to allow bots or not in LAN play)
Teams: First off is choosing your teams. Each team is very well rounded and each has classes that benefit and hinder the team. As the survivor team has a doctor that can heal twice as much as a military fieldman, the military has a sniper that can use 5 rounds in a clip as opposed to just 1 for the survivor hunter class.
Player Classes: Next is choosing your class! For this we suggest that you go to the class section of the website for detailed descriptions of each player class' stats, pros and cons.
Weaponry: Each class has its own set of weapons, (although bydefault each is given a Helwan pistol and Sledgehammer) and each has its pros and cons. Just about every weapon has a secondary fire that helps the user in different situations, the Helwan's secondary fire is a faster, less accurate bullet; however, the Invis-O-Tron's secondary fire uncloaks you. Some weapons have no secondary fire (such as grenades, mines, the electrogun, and sledgehammer).
Body Shots: In Trinity Command we've mixed in a bit of reality, ergo, if you're shot in the leg with a 50cal bullet, you don't run fast anymore, and if that same bullet were to pierce your precious little head, you're a dead man. Certain areas of the body are more vulnerable to damage, such as the stomach, chest and (especially) the head. (hint: If you're new with the sniper/hunting rifle, aim for the legs and then pick off your opponent at leisure)
Scoring: There are two ways of "personal" scoring in Trinity Command. These are your standard frag and capturing the capture point. "Team scoring" is after you have succesfully planted the flag on the capture point, your team will now receive 2 points every 30 seconds or so until your flag is replaced by the other team's flag.
Bots: Bots can only be used in LAN games, if anyone figures out how to use them online, they will easily be spotted as they gib into metal fragments and yellow blood. The command to add bots to your game is: addbot.
Ammo: Many of the Trinity Command maps will have ammo spawn areas. These areas are there for you to return to the player spawn area and get more ammo. Ammo boxes are small and green and contain every kind of ammo under the sun. Once taken, they will respawn in 90 seconds.
Hints, tips, and general rules:
The military sniper must stop movement to fire his large rifle.
Your flag is not invisible if you have your Invis-O-Tron running, you will be easily seen ("Hey look! A floating flag!").
Lay mines on the capture point after capture, this will stop the other team from getting to the capture point for a while (unless they're on a suicide mission).
If you move while cloaked with the Invis-O-Tron, you will become more and more visible the more you move.
If playing as one of the slower classes (cop or soldier), remember to fully reload before entering combat. You're weakest when reloading.
Chapter 2: Bots and LAN play
In this chapter bots (and how to use them) are explained in detail. You'll learn how to get bots to follow you, get them through most maps and also defeat them.

LAN play VS Online play: Remember, bots can only be used in LAN games.
Add bots to your LAN game: to add bots to your LAN game, go to console by pressing "~" and type "addbot."
Who's a bot?: It's easy to tell who's a bot and who isn't in Trinity Command, simply shoot them. If yellow blood comes out or they gib into metal fragments, it was a bot.
Get your bots to follow you: To get your team's bots to follow you, simplay run up to one of them and click the use key. Clicking the use key on them again will make the bot stop following you.
What these bots can do: Trinity Command's bots can swim, follow you, climb ladders and enter combat using their best available weapon. However, the bots cannot jump yet, even if you do (eg: jumping off a bridge). We are working on this.
Fighting against bots: When fighting against bots, remember that they like to attack in groups. This can be an advantage if you can time and throw a grenade right. Also, be aware that bot snipers are a little too apt to take a headshot when they can, so watch out. Bots cannot see you when you're in invisible, but they will still be attracted to you (they will not fire though). Watch where the bots are moving and plant mines there, the bot's intelligence has them follow several set paths.
Chapter 3: Map strategies
In this chapter we discuss briefly strategies for each official Trinity Command map. This feature is in production, please be patient.

Chapter 4: Known bugs
In this chapter the known bugs in Trinity Command will be discussed and shown to you. If you have any other bugs to report, go to the forums, or email us.

Sometimes if you are using the sniper rifles, you may "self frag." Trust us, we're working on this one big time.
Landmines always count as a suicide, this really isn't a bug, but it will show you as having commited suicide with your current weapon, and not a landmine.
Telefragging does occur if you stay in the spawn areas too much. (This is a given with most mods though).
