- Added a new gameplay option, Duel Mode featuring:
  
  Concept:
  A real duel between 2 players with maximum firepower, skill and guts, 
  and minimal luck, respawnkills and chickenshit gameplay!

  - 1on1 Matches based on rounds (best of 3, wins for example)
  - Winning a round awards 1 point while match awards 2 points
  - Rotation system (the winner stays)
  - Maximum of 3 seconds delay between rounds and 8 seconds between matches 
      to keep the pace up
  - Each round players respawn with equal health, armor and weapons
  - Health and armor respawns, all other items are still gone
  - Mega Health respawns 1 minute into the round for gameplay reasons

  With these features and the old q2ROCK features, like true instant weapon 
  change and altered physics, Duel Mode makes for some awesome fights that 
  will make any hardcore quaker drool.
  
- Decreased knockback effects a bit
- Modified ChaseCam for first-person-view
- Removed Blaster
- Fixed bug where Rock mode was aborted suddenly
- Changed rock_kills to rockkills
