Additions for 1.0e

- no longer allowed to build spawns or depots too close to each other
- Stopped 'stacking' of spider items
- Stopped stacking of depots on top of spawns
- added a small melee attack for the spider when he jumps so you can hit ducking soldiers
- added 'cmd destroy' for engineers and breeders. Take down unwanted structures
- incomplete spawns are not counted
- gave stalker some spike spores
- team evening code. Use the cvar 'teameven'. (on by default)
- team switching. Use cvar 'maxswitches' to set how many times you are allowed to switch
- fixed bug in the linux version 1.0d
