  Description of the Modification

Ever since my baron.wad was released for Doom ][, I got so much
positive feedback from it I thought I would take it to a new level.
Now that there is Quake C, the Baron of Hell can do much much more.

Like the baron.wad, this is a compilation of many other stuff I like,
but this mod isnt just for what I like from the Quake Cs I've seen, but
the mods added in give Quake more realism to it and its how it SHOULD have
been to begin with.  Spikes bounce off walls and stick into them;spikes,
missles, and grenades teleport too; bodies are gibbable.  The Demon Bot,
the new mdls, new sounds, new gfx, the fireballs, and the help messages
were all my doing.

  How to use Modification

Place pak0.pak in \quake\baron directory and type: Quake -game baron.

Impulse  25  Online Impulse command help.

Impulse  30  Activate External Camera

Impulse  31  Activate Blue Lazer Dot

Impulse 32-35 Change camera position

Impulse 100  Activates and Deactivates the pet demon

Impulse 104  Teleport the demon to your location.

Impulse 105  Turns on demon's light.

Impulse 107  Toggles the demon between attack and non-attack modes.

  Known bugs

1)  When you enter E2M1 or E2M2, i get an ED_ALLOC error.  Dunno why.

2)  The Demon Bot loves to desecrate bodies too much, so when if you
get into trouble, hit impulse 104 and he'll reset his targets.

3)  The Demon Bot loves to desecrate Scrag bodies even if they are no longer
or were never his target.  Wierd.

4)  If the Demon Bot goes after someone on a higher or lower ledge, and you
kill him before the Demon can get to him, the Demon will still go after his
body, so either use the fireballs to gib the body or hit impulse 104.
Impulse 104 seems to wake the Demon Bot up enough to stop trying to gib
bodies.  He's a crazy motherfucker.  Kinda like me.  =)
