Map background:

Even during the process of making my xmj20 entry (Microcosmosophy), I wondered if the concept could be pushed further. Throughout the year I'd sketch 512 x 512 layouts when they occured to me. After accumulating several, figured I had enough material to start trying. 
It may not play that well, but it's an experiment. Oh well.
