STEEL15.ZIP contains the following files:
  STEEL15.HOG (the Caress of Steel level)
  STEEL15.MN2 (a special text file that D2 uses to call the .HOG)
  STEEL15.TXT (what you are reading)

Unzip the .ZIP file using PKZip, WinZip, or a similar zip utility and place
these files in your \DESCENT2\MISSIONS directory.

Note: This is the second in the Ice Machine series of anarchy levels
      (Cave Beta is the first, filename cave.zip). This version, 1.5,
      fixes a few bugs, and adds a lot more weapons, and robots. There
      should now be enough weapons for a fair anarchy engagement.
      Thanks to the people on Kali who pointed out this limitation (you
      were many).
      Something you may notice when you start an anarchy game is items
      moving through the air. These items are emerging from the remnants
      of bots that you never even saw. If you played the level in robo-
      anarchy mode, you'd have to destroy these bots to get the same ef-
      fect. I don't like this "feature" very much, as I'd prefer to keep
      items dropped by robots in robo-anarchy play only. This is a bug
      in Descent II V1.0.
