Base                    : New foundry from scratch.
Editor used             : quest/Qoole/notepad
Known Bugs              : this is the first release.  there will be more to follow.  
			  right now there are several textures, most notably on crates,
			  that need to be fixed.  I love feedback, good or bad, so please 
			  email me your thoughts, bug reports, etc.
Build Time              : About three weeks on and off

QBSP3 Time              : 97 seconds
QVIS3 (-level 4) Time   : 4475 seconds (1 hour, 14 minutes, 35 seconds)
QRAD3 (-extra) Time     : About twenty-five minutes.

	*Note:  build times are based on a map with quantum 
		unit dimensions of 6x8x3 at 60% fill.
