out good because once you read every tutorial(thanx 
Chimeric and unrealed.com)on the net, unreal-script is
friendly to ya. This is a beta version, the next version
will be heat seeking, but only if people want it that 
way: e-mail allthat@integrityonline7.com (integrity 
online is fat crap) Put matt.u in your Unreal>Systems
Directory.

To use: press tab and type 'summon matt.heatseeker' 
(with out headers)

To use in level:Open unrealED and go to the class menu
and press load at the bottom right,click on matt.u,
then look under Inventory>weapons>ASMD>heatseeker.
