So, I was reading the proposed values to some QSB limits...
BSP/Dimensions
Normal limit: 4096 units
QSB: 1073741824 units(!!!!1ONE)
Aren't we being a bit overkill here ? I mean, while I agree 4096 units is too small, more than 1 billion of units is not feasible for a indoor-class 3D engine. And I am not even touching in the network part of the problem, lets just stick to how would we deal with such farclip limit.
Which brings another question: are we sticking to protocol 15, or embracing FitzQuake protocol 666, or DP 7, or create our own protocol, or what ?
I know FrikaC made a cgi-bin version of the quakec interpreter once and wrote part of his website in QuakeC
