PlanetQuake FTP Question

Hello everyone! With QExpo approaching, I wanted to start posting some news on my site again but, rusty as I am, I'm stuck trying figuring out out to access my files. Could someone hosted on PQ give me a hint, here? I have tried mailing them but got no answer.
I'm trying to use "ftp.planetquake.com" on smartftp with my login and password, but the host is not even found. So, I'm assuming things might have changed in the past few years on how to connect but, again, I'm clueless

heh, they moved it all a yearish ago.

remote directory:

planetquake/whatever
