Looks like there is a dagger in Omen (or the worlds shortest sword).

Some of the other fantasy mods may have daggers. No idea which ones as they are not my "bag". A reasonable list of mods can be found here -

There is a dagger in the "commercial Quake mod" Eternal War. Some (a lot?) of the mods content is ripped off, probably including the models. If it was me, I would just go ahead an use it. You can get the demo here -
