Would the current state of what we have available make it possible to emulate some kind of golf game in Quake1? I mean, I'm not very familiar with the subtleties of Gyro physics, but thinking about some of its features and thinking about terrain generators like Entar's or Genesurf (but then I believe we'd have to use Q3 map format) and how they can be used in Quake, I thought it could be cool (and super easy to map for (which, as some of you probably noticed, has been one of my obsessions lately)). Could a ball model react to slopes of a terrain adequately? I mean, we could always imagine a flat terrain, but that'd be kind of boring...

Could this be fun?
