I'm assuming Quakeworld's NextLevel function is the same as NetQuake, so... What exactly did you change, the episode start maps? Those aren't related to deathmatch maps. The way it works is it looks for the trigger_changelevel in a map, and switches to the map that points to. You'll have to add manual checks for what map is currently being played, and what to switch to, if you want a different rotation.
