Daikatana pre-alpha's .skn format

I'm wondering if anyone has the time to spare to look at this "skn" texture format which is in the Daikatana pre-alpha. Not totally sure if this is the right place to post this but whatever really, I have uploaded the files here:


I'd like to convert the textures to TGA if at all possible.

So it looks like the skn files actually hold a group of textures rather than just one. Anyway no worries, I've managed to extract pretty much all of them now
