http://www.planetquake.com/proquake/

At the bottom there is a file named qsecurity.dll, unzip it into your Quake folder. You have to be using ProQuake 3.20 or later when connecting to max.essentrix.net

i've already dwnlded it its just not letting me start joe quake(my computer cant take much more because i've dwnlded a ton of quake stuff fvf,fvfr,deadzone,and bda there's probably others 2 so im not really gonna dwnld anything else)
