Improved Quake Help 2.01

Works with both GL JoeQuake and software renderer. Eventually, I'll make a GL specific help for 0.15 since the help files can be retextured in GL, they offer 4X the space to work with.

Nevertheless, I managed to get quite a bit of information to the limited space I had to work with (320 x 200 px, 6 pages).

Not as fancy as I could do with the GL version having more space and colors to work with, but having software renderer help support makes JoeQuake easier for everyone.

Once the server list is fully operational in 0.15 there will definitely be a lot more interest in the JoeQuake non-GL version.

(That combined with the name maker and iplog and the extra of the new PNG screenshot support in the non-GL version)
