How to run a mod - Need help

I downloaded Tech War skin by allen yen,to play at rquake. All I want to know is how to run it. I use darkplaces engine,and I acidentaly already made it work.

Since it had so many bugs at my quake,I uninstaled it,so everything gone to the trash. I reinstaled DarkPlaces,and now I want to run Tech War mod at it.

Can anyone of you help? And...my god! What am I doing here yet?!?! Brazil game is about to start!
