Additional Information

This level is a modification of the single player / deathmatch

level "The Elektra Complex". It takes the form of the original

level (which was mainly blue), with minor architectural

modifications, mirrored and redecorated with a red colour

scheme. The weapons, items and power-ups have been completely

re-arranged. The level supports 16 players, 8 on each team.

The level has been compiled with support for glQuake's

transparent water. If you are playing in glQuake then it is

recommended that you use the following settings:

	r_shadows 1

	r_wateralpha 0.7

	gl_flashblend 0

These settings can either be entered using the console or put

in AUTOEXEC.CFG or any other configuration file.

Installation

To play this level, extract the file "elek_ctf.bsp" into

either your Quake/ID1/Maps or Quake/CTF/Maps directory and then

start the game with the CTF modification. If you join a game

that is already running the level, the level will start

automatically. If you want to start a new game, type

"DEATHMATCH 1" (if necessary) followed by "MAP ELEK_CTF". Once

the level has loaded, follow the instructions on screen.

If the level is to be included on a CD-ROM or other profit-

making medium, including but not limited to "Public Domain"

collections or archives, the publisher / manufacturer must

make a donation to a charity for the homeless or the

I reserve the right to refuse permission for this level to
