A miraculous feat for me, this level was entirely finished, save for
the very first room, in a single week. One can see it is a direct
descendant of Vigil of the Night (JJSPQ1),
but Unseen Assailant manages to build on the theme of the previous level, and
stand out on its own. In the end, despite being among the shortest
single player levels I've seen, the level is a lot more polished than
its predecessor. Another thing to note is that Unseen Assailant draws even
more from various deathmatch levels, and actually offers a non-linear
progression, something I've yet to recreate in other levels.
