Demoman Vs Spy:

1. Introduction
Spies are a lot better in TF 2.9 than in 2.8. In 2.9 they are harder to kill.

2. Strategy
If they tranquilize you, they can kill you if they shoot from outside your range. But, if they don't tranquilize you or stab you, you can kill them using normal tactics.
