In normal TF, Concussion grenades have a hell of a blast radius. So when
you enter the enemy's base, launch a conc in the shadows, this will
concussion the snipers directly above.

Another tip:
If a sniper is standing on or near the edge of the sniper tower, launch
a concussion grenade behind him, he will be knocked off into the water.
Easy pickings for you...
