Capping

I won't go too deeply into capturing the flag here. Basically, a scouts main use in TF, is to capture the flag. There's little else the scout can do. Don't ask me why they called it a scout, I have no clue. There really is no scouting in TF. So, all the training of the scout here, is devoted to capturing the enemy's flag. And staying alive of course.
