Usage: 
[If you already have painkeep running jump to step 4...]
1. Install Quake on to your system and ensure that it is working correctly 
2. Create a subfolder, underneath your quake folder, and call it Painkeep.
3. Download and install Painkeep. Once running correctly proceed to step 4
4. Create a subfolder beneath your Painkeep folder and call it maps. 
5. Unzip the maps contained in this archive in to the newly created maps folder.
6. Start your painkeep mod, drop in to console and type "changelevel pkXXX", where pkXXX is 
   the name of the map you want to play and then press return


Servers:
If you wish to play Painkeep with friends online you could use the following servers which 
are kindly supplied by a player called Polarite:
