Sentry Building
First off i am not going to tell you where to build one. Look at the maps section for that. I am going what to build the sentry on or around. Like try to build the sentry in a dark place. For example in the key room in 2fort5 or above ground like in Rock1 on the ledges around thr courtyard. Here is something. Build a sentry on a Backpack or on a Dispenser. Another thing, don't set up sentries to close to one another. Or a napalm or a mirv grenade will hit/kill them both. Seperate then a little bit. Don't build them where the crossfire will hit the sentry. I know to a given point they will hit each other, but make it so they will not always shoot each other.
Here are some good spots that will get you about some quick frags in Well6.
The Dispenser
is an awesome weapon. I love to use it to block paths off. When then enemy
hits it blow it. This works good in 2fort5 to the sniper area. put it just
around the coner so they don't have time to react. Let ur team mates know
that you are doing this because they may want to get in there. Also use
it where it will get in the way of enemy *trying* to run away from you
sentry. This will slow them down enough so you sentry will kill them. Good
place for this is in 2fort4 build a sentry in the left nook as u come down
the ramps, then build a dispenser near the key entrance. See
the picture below. Also if the enemy get close, blow it.
Another good
spot is upstairs. (see pic below) There is a sentry in the shadows
and a dispenser to slow them down.
Blowing the Dispenser
I love to
kill the enemy with my dispenser. In some match i can get 5-15 frags with
my dispenser only. They key is to build your dispenser in highly travel
areas. Lead an enemy to the area and blow it. Keep in mind that you have
to stick them with the railgun or shotgun a couple of times to ensure a
frag. The two pics above some good spots. so is this one:
When
you see an enemy runing up the ramps the has most likely taken some damage
from the defense. blow your dispenser when they get close to it.
There are some
other maps you can stick your dispenser, but there is nothing that stick
out in my mind. If you feel you want to add something plz EMAIL

Gernading
is the extermly important. Timing is everthing. I love to have an enemy
chase me. I pump to rounds in to him and run. Then i hold a grenade for
about 2 - 2.5 seconds (depends on the attacking class), then drop it. Most
of the time i hit'em. If not he is dead, he is severely damaged to
where i have to option to turn around and kill'em or hit'em with another
grenade. Also if you throw an emp into the enemy's resupply room it will
detonate all the ammo in it. This cause hell for the other team. The Emp
will only to damage to senty with Rockets to identify the sentry level

You can
use the emp to blow up detpak, pipebombs, and backpacks. The detpaks and
the pipebombs will hurt if you are close enought to them, because they
act like there are detonated.
You can try to jump with a grenade, but after the explosion you hardly
have any health left. But you can still do it.
Another thing I like to do is throw an EMP at the feet of a hwguy. He will
start to shoot at me and the EMP will go off. now all it takes is the double
barrel shot gun to finnish him off. Personally i think the Hwguy's greatest
foe is the engineer. So, if you see an Hwguy then you have a good chance
of killing him. Given if you are not reckless. By hitting with that EMP
first he will be hurting, and the health will be the around yours.
Findind Spys
First off, this special, just what every medic and engineer should do. I always use the ID tag many player never use this. If a player of the same color is running and strafing a lot he is trying to avoid being detected. This means he is most likely a spy. Shoot'em and alert your teammates. Better safe than sorry.
Another way to detect spies is with your trusty spanner. If you hit a teammate you will not anything with them, if they don't have full armor you will see grey squares. This means you are giving them armor. If you hit a spy you will see red squares. There is nothing better than seeing this get posted on the screen: "Billy is axe-murder by DieHard"!
Team Calls
You should always keep your team in formed. I like to tell them where my dispenser is, and when and where the enemy is attacking. Here are the binds i use:

Killing the Offense
As we both
know the engineer is not that strong, so you have to use your brains. First
off learn how to hide and shoot. Don't camp because they will expect you
there the next time, try to go in a different location. Hit them
first with the railgun first, because they will be far away, when they
get closer use your shotgun.
Next step is to get them to chase you. this is gernerally easy once you
shoot them once or twice. Use the Grenading trick
that i told you about earlier. This will work sometimes but you want to
have some more options to kill them.
Have them chase you into the line of your sentry's gun site. Once they
start chasing you they only have one thing in there mind, and that is to
kill you. They will never see your sentry waiting to kill them. Nice little
trick, don't you think?
Another thing you can do when the are chasing you is run backwards (you
should be doing this all the time when being chased), and pump in some
shots of either shotgun shells or rails from the railgun, it all depends
on the distance. So here is where you kill them, you run by your dispenser
hidden in the shadows. Now wait until they are close to it and blow it.
This has killed the very elite player in TF. It is a very valuable asset
to killing a single enemy.
Also if you see a Hwguy kill'em. throw the EMP and/or a grenade at him
or let him start up his gun, duck around a corner to avoid damage please.
When you hear the gun wind down, come out and shoot him. If he starts his
gun up again for some reason throw another grenade. This should kill him.
Some attacking demomen like to set up there pipebombs in your base. take
these out with an EMP. Stand back, because they are just as strong as they
would be if the demoman detonated them.
